Get answers to some of the most common questions
How can I get started with Invisalign?
First you start with a complementary consultation where we take a digital scan of your smile and are able to create a digital representation of how your smile will change by the end of treatment! After we will go over your financial investment and get you in your trays within a few weeks!
Why do I need dental exams?
Regular exams help spot trouble early to prevent bigger and more costly treatments later on. The cleaning will start with the dental hygienist cleaning buildup from your teeth, then the dentist will probe spots on the surface near the gumline with special tools. You should be visiting the dentist every 6 months for a proper exam and cleaning, unless the dentist recommends you to come more often.
Is there a cancellation list?
Yes! We do have a cancellation list where patients are notified when openings become available. It is first come first serve bases, so if the appointment time works for you reply as soon as you can to secure the appointment!
How long will my appointment be for?
This will depend on what you are getting done, different appointments can take longer than most. Cleaning and exams are usually about an hour and 20 minutes max, and treatment appointments vary depending on the type of treatment you are choosing to get done.
At what age should my child see a dentist?
Studies show that kids can develop a cavity as young as two years old, so we recommend booking their first appointment when the first tooth appears! This will help the dentist catch any potential problems that could affect your kids overall health and well-being as more teeth grow in.
