Dental Implants at Forest Family Dentistry

Dental implants have become the standard care for replacing missing teeth (edentulism). An implant is a prosthetic tooth made from biocompatible materials that integrate seamlessly with your natural jawbone. This advanced dental technology allows for long-lasting, natural-looking restorations that provide excellent results. At Forest Family Dentistry, our team of dental professionals, led by Dr. Robin Bethell, will assess whether implants are the right choice for you. Dr. Bethell continuously trains to offer affordable dental implant solutions, helping you achieve a confident, radiant smile.

Types of Dental Implants:

  • Endosteal Implants (in the bone): The most commonly used type of implant. These are placed directly into the jawbone and can support one or more prosthetic teeth. Endosteal implants are often used as an alternative to bridges or removable dentures.
  • Subperiosteal Implants (on the bone): These implants are placed on top of the jawbone, with posts that protrude through the gums to support the prosthesis. They are ideal for patients with minimal bone height who may not be candidates for traditional implants.

No matter your needs, we're here to help restore your smile with a solution that fits your unique dental health requirements.
