Dr. Amanda Hartman
Dr. Amanda Hartman has been practicing dentistry in Central Texas for over 15 years.
Her passion for helping others began in high school, inspired by her older sisters who became nurses. While pursuing her undergraduate studies at Baylor University, her professors and peers encouraged her to use her strengths in science to serve others. Dr. Hartman earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
Dr. Hartman is particularly passionate about sleep-disordered breathing in children and is a Healthy Start provider. She has participated in several medical mission trips to Guatemala and is an active Girl Scout Troop leader. Additionally, she regularly contributes to Forest Family Dentistry's philanthropic initiatives.
Outside of the office, Dr. Hartman enjoys attending "Shed Pilates" classes and hiking the many trails around Austin. She and her family also enjoy classic pinball games and rollerblading together.
