Dr. Erik Meckel

Dr. Erik Meckel earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas Austin. After graduation, Dr. Meckel was a team member of FFD as a Registered Dental Assistant for a year while he applied to dental school. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Texas A&M College of Dentistry and we're welcoming him back to our team as a Dentist!

Dr. Meckel's passion is to help all his patients have a healthy, confident, and beautiful smile. He also enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering his time at Mission Arlington, a dental clinic for underserved neighborhoods. Dr. Meckel is also fluent in Spanish.

In his free time, Dr. Meckel enjoys dog parks with Levi (his black lab), paddle boarding on Town Lake, weight lifting, golfing, and DIY woodworking projects.
